You'll have to find that out for yourself. I look carefully at every candidate and phone or email them, talk with them if I can and try to identify if they are biased or willing to be inclusive of ideas from others. Many are proxy for Lib or Lab and harvesting preferences.... that's certainly an easy way to find out.
