    Yep, thought I recognised the judge's name. Mentor, colleague and friend of Gillard at Slater and Gordon. Both left under a cloud during the Brucey Wilson slush fund saga. Gillard later appointed him Fed Court judge. A seasoned union and Labor advocate.
