Pirates wasting more of our tax dollars on this pointless court case. Unbelievable!

I long for the day when I read a judgement transcript that reads something along the lines of:
"The court recognizes that Stuart McAuliffe, his father John McAuliffe and his numerous pirate associates have listed these companies on the ASX and NSX for the specific purpose of scamming investors out of their hard earned money. The court sentences them all to 250,000 lashes with the cat'o'nine tail and 50 years in prison without Vaseline."

Seriously - the fact that ASIC is just sitting on the sidelines and doing nothing about these mongrels is bad enough. But to have them also wasting our tax dollars with this BS? It's just adds insult to injury.
