The parties were in court yesterday for an administrative hearing.

The court ordered (by consent orders from the parties) that:
1. ACCC provide a response to Amaysim's request for particulars of the ACCCs concise statement of case by 6 August 2018.
2. Amaysim is to file and serve its concise response to ACCCs concise statement of case by 7 September 2018.
3. ACCC to file and serve any reply by 21 September 2018.
4. The proceeding be referred to mediation.
5. The mediation will be conducted no later than 30 November 20178.

The parties will go back to court for a further case management conference on 7 December 2018 (provided the proceeding isn't resolved at mediation).

IMO a judicial mediation would have some prospects of resolving the issues but depends how aggressive the ACCC wants to go...
