    We should get a clearer picture next Tuesday after the 1st Case Management Hearing if the company is going to put up a good fight & what chance us shareholders will have of eventually realising some of our investment in Merlin.
    Lets leave it to the "truthful media" to report back and present a fair summary of proceedings.
