Clearly the past directors have committed serious criminal actions. The real question and the reason they are going through the courts is what value will be attributed to such actions.
I get the feeling that MMX can not afford for this to distract them from core business. It is likely to be a "business decision" that will see them settle, otherwise they will be simply left out in the cold and may not maximise shareholder return over the next few years.
An old saying is... "you could win the fight but lose the war".
PS I enjoy having a laugh to some of the posts from both sides at time to time.
PPS Personally I have made many times my money from this stock and only continue to monitor in the event that we get clarity. At which time I can then decide wether to enter or stay on the side lines.
