BLU isn't even mentioned in that statement and if it ever happens, the Bowen pipeline won't even start construction until 2029 (according to page 9 of the National Gas Infrastructure Plan). By that stage all of BLU's acreage would be cancelled for not complying with work commitments.
You can't just sit on acreage for years like BLU without doing any work. That's how they lost all of their other Queensland acreage.
