I suspect what's going on and the reason for sp stagnation is this. Fed govt indicating $80m for pipeline construction, est to build some time ago was $800m. APA were to build it so large shortfall for them ro fill but for them it would be need to stack up with volume of pj down the pipe and the tolling rate. So all parties waiting to see if Blu can prove it can produce gas volumes to support the project.
