Yeah just leave it hey, and let 3 foreign companies end up with the Rum Jungle Mineral Field at a cent in the dollar so they can reap the benefits while we are wondering where our Ozzie assets have gone too. Government shouldnt bale out CMR ... they should become THE secured creditor taking out the unsecured c-note holders at negotiated cents in the dollar thru the adminstrator ... at least they will leave it in Oz and we would still be shareholders.
PRC government usually owns 40+ percent of their resources companies. And now they want to own ours. If the gang of 3 ends up with this u can betcha 2 of them will later hand it over to HNC for a profit ... then PRC will own 100% of an Ozzie resource cos they look at 30 years ahead not like us 'daytraders" who get spooked by a technical retrace in a resources bull market.
I suspected something like this would happen given the market macros opportunity ... but expected it via HNC Oz listed subsidiary AII ... not like this. Thats probably where it is later destined for methinks if HNC get control of it. If it had gone that way originally we could still have had exposure. This way we will have nothing if FEDS allow it to happen.
Looks to me sdministrators are now being involved in possible outright THEFT of an Ozzie resource to foreign hands without their realisation or understanding cos of thier "narrow-focused" brief under current inadequate laws. We are now globally in unprecedented times of unprecedented piracy yet we sit and watch it happen ... where are our corporate watchdogs ????>
