Seems to be a problem going on there.

The government was rabbitting on for years, with some merit, about boat people jumping the queue over people waiting in refugee camps for re-settlement.

Now if I was a legitimate up-front immigrant, I would be not too happy about a lot of students, tourists and other temporary visa holders jumping the queue too.
