federal grant when do we expect something

Well into may now, when do you think that we will begin hearing anything about the grant? I think the government has until the end of June dont they?
Do people think they will come out with it early?
I think that they will. Why? I am not sure, except for the fact that I think the candidate pool will be fairly small and we will be the major (probably) only wave energy provider + we have the ability to desal as well.. M

Just thinking of what the next leg up might be?
