Same reason they had in 2009, 2016, 2017, and 2018. The thought of getting caught scares the shyte out of them.
Since then, the Greens have fought for a Federal ICAC with similar bills introduced by Adam Bandt in 2012, Christine Milne in 2013, and Larissa Waters in 2018.
