There will NEVER be that level of detail because:
1. It would necessarily include costings which would very rapidly make it clear that nuclear is uneconomic
2. It would necessarily include interim milestones which would inevitably be missed highlighting that we would be unlikely to have ANY nuclear power before 2040, if ever.
It's just a cruel joke. Which is why they never mention it when they get in government. IF the LNP happens to win power next election we can be 100% sure that we'll get a series of consultant reports ONLY in their first term with no tangible action (I.e kick the can down the road for 3 years).
This will continue to maximise profits for the Fossil Fuel interests (who incidentally control News Corp along with the Murdochs).
AGL will continue to make profits regardless in the absence of price controls.
