thanks Nergee..the broad point I am trying to make is not so much about govt funding but politicl door opening and press support ..they dont seem to want to get where the new and achievable environmental action is and maybe its because its not being put in their face enough so they can promote it...like another share Ive got SLX its been a long road to get broader support and still largely unheard of.
