    Street Talk can reveal AustralianSuper-backed NZ gold player Federation Mining tabled an improved non-binding indicative bid to Siren Gold’s Brian Rodan-chaired board on Friday, offering Siren a 17.5 per cent share in the merged company as well as an immediate cash injection via a $4.5 million placement at 20¢ per Siren share or a 66.6 per cent premium to the last close.
