actually i think the lines are clear in the constitution. its the federal government with grants commission handouts that has muddied the waters. if the states had the nous to tell the feds to look after what they were supposed to and stayed out of state prerogatives we wouldnt have this rubbish going on.
it isnt the states that should be disbanded - its the centrist federal government and the myriads of blood suckers feeding the monster that needs removing.
