Best course of action here is sell the business. Doing a raise at 8cps or so is going to be far more value destructive than selling at 16cps. And shareholders have lost faith in the board and mgmt to execute and put Federation into production, so what must potential financiers think? They don’t even have a CEO appointed FFS which tells you everything in terms of their intentions. Carrying board and mgmt fees here vs selling this to a AIS etc makes little sense.
