Watch him backpeddle. This has to be resolved. The NTG still have to give an approval to mine. The NT Crown Law Act will not permit the NTG to not be involved in the approval process and all oversight of mining activities. It will stall along while the feds wait to see what will happen with the FEd ALP policy.

So, the door is opened but some way to go. Howard will not want a states right fight over tis bearing in mind the that the other states have a greater total of U resources. They will band together.
