    Is it a given that the fed will drop rates at all overnight? I dont want to sound like I dont hope for rate cuts in the US but with the Bush loan rescue package and ubiquitous inflation threat is it a sure thing that a cut will ensue tonight? It could be a bit of a rude shock to world markets if the Fed stays its hand. Thoughts, anyone?
