Shareholders could initiate a class action for fraud on the basis of misrepresentation and ommissions. Lets issue the summons under the Federal jurisdiction and cojoin ASIC as defendants .ASIC is asleep at the wheel. There will only be justice for investors if we take the issue to them legally.
