teh most realistic negative view I can think of is that the U(FOs) were due to a broker with a big buy order helping some friendly insiders get out at a decent price. I can't give AIO the benefit of the doubt on anything strange that happens.
You may have done good analysis on this company, or have good reasons for holding it on a TA or FA basis. However on every swing and roundabout the AIO insiders have transferred risk and costs to shareholders, and largess unto themselves. Management and insiders will be trying not to give too much to shareholders of any upside and as much as possible of any downside. I doubt this will suddenly change.
