The latest business trend, is to charge the customer for the introduction of new technology. In our case the costs has been deflected to the shareholders!
If u also referring to my post regarding benefits, why not encourage shareholders to do business with the company that they have a financial interest in. This will increase the customers numbers, and hopefully increase the dividends for us.
Being a small shareholder with no Suncorp products. I would most probably gain more from special privileges given to Suncorp shareholders than from dividends.
