"ATMS has the right at any time during the Term to introduse and alter the system of direct charging, surcharging or any other charging method for any and all Equipment transactions effected by ATM users and to retain all revenues thereby generated. ATMS may choose to alter the switch/data processing organisation and acquiring/settling bank in its sole discretion. The Merchant must not subscribe to any other switch/data processing organisation and acquiring/settling bank for processing, acquiring or settling Equipment transactions"
This obviously doesn't mean they will not share any increase but it is at their behest.
