lukentel, did the merchant indicate he had any veiws on the change? that is simply huge news. Seriously if that is undetaken across all of the fleet and there is no significant drop in tran volume then people will be kicking themselves for not topping up now. I wonder if they are going to comment on fee increases when they provide their trading update on Thursday.
