"Hatred is never appeased by hatred in this world."

Ddzx, you are entitled to your belief and I respect your opinion on this matter.

You may classify the death penalty as hatred, whereas I classify it as a form of justice. You have your opinion on capital punishment and i can understand people having this view, but I view it a little differently.

As far as I am concerned, this bloke is an animal. And when animals turn or go rogue, we have to put them down. It is not about hatred, it is just about disposing of an animal in our society. It is also a form of justice and in my books not about hatred.

I don't see this man as one of us. In my books he has forfeited his rights to a life and should not be allowed the privilege of living out a natural life.

In 40 or 50 years we will hear how he is a model prisoner, maybe received an education, perhaps turned to god. But, in my books he should not have taken one more breath than his victim.

You call it hate and I respect your opinion. I know it is not the same, but sometimes parents hit their kids or punish them. They don't do it out of hate, they do it as a form of punishment. In this case, it is not out of hate, it is just a form of punishment and he is getting his just deserts. He is not human, he is a rogue animal!
