Two issues.
Sorry dont agree on voting Radicool, but definitely do on the remuneration issue. Thats running out of control with closed networks of individuals often not worth anywhere near their pay rate or delivering value in any way. BOQ a good example of ex CBA mates looking after each other and a Board of Directors not digging hard enough. Execs doing average, but worth the millions $$$ and shares being poured over them? No way.
Back on equity. Who controls the equity majority wins the vote. Thats fair. If it happens to be instos and fundies, well thats their job and we can only hope they do it well.
