I was really glad I went to the AGM, if anything it was good to read the body language and see the team dynamics. My takeaways:

1) the business is built on scaleable technology, PF generates all its revenue from 3 FTE. Global Marketing revenue is generated from the Sydney trading desk. The head of 4th Screen said he was deriving revenue from far away jurisdictions he has never been to from Sydney. Singapore revenue from marketing dropped only because the clients were contracting directly with Sydney. The UK sales person is only part time and the person on the ground in Singapore looks after Singapore and Malaysia which by the way is showing encouraging signs.

2. For every dollar spent on customer acquisitions, the pay back is in multiples of the spend within the same financial year. They are learning and becoming more and more intelligent with their targeted marketing. Hopefully, this will result in greater ROE on advertising spend.

3. Clipp has huge untapped potential and are leveraging MBE to drive app installation. They can easily drive 200,000 downloads but prefer to roll out the applications in a measured and methodical pace to where people and venues are. Then there is the whole data mining and potential monetisation of this and perhaps even taking this overseas. Chris was very excited about Clipp and rightly so.

4. Revenue will be greater than $27 million. In 6 months, MBE has almost generated an equivalent of the last 12 months of revenue. This is amazing. $60 million for the full FY is not out of the question.

5. Management know exactly where they want to take the company.

This is only just the beginning, bottom draw your shares and reap a huge harvest in 2 to 3 years time.
