    Small group of people, right next door to SDL meeting (large group of people).

    Mood from Directors was very optimistic in regards to current discussions with a few large steel makers.

    They have said by june because it is a slow process for potential financiers to get through feasibility documentation etc.

    Citic's success is required for partner confidence.
