    I agree... share price is roughly 40% of its 52 week high. While they could arguably justify their remuneration in previous years with all the success, the past year has been a total dud and their new remuneration should reflect that more. If it was just a delayed Marampa, it would have been a decent year with that sale, but the whole tax issue really put a dent in the share price.
