thinkin loudly - i agree, there has not been enough gains since then to absorb the deduction. a sale of marampa would fix this but not there yet.

the issue for me is more around the penalties and interest. the MCC issue will be sorted (eventually) and any shortfall could then be claimed back. the interest and penalties could not.

for some reason i am confident this will be resolved but in the meantime the share price continues to suffer. beggin for some good nes to come soon. jindal has not announced the iron ore deal it was spriuking 6 weeks ago - we are still in the hunt by the sounds of it and this changes everything if it ever comes.
