Nick Scali, DMP and CKF shares are all increasing by more than 10 % today.

One similar thing for these 2 groups : they are cautious about opening new stores and do not hesitate to close stores (NCK has stable number of stores in ANZ, while DMP is closing 200+ stores, mainly in Japan).
That confirms a positive interesting scenario for Australian retailers which could benefit from a better demand (driven by interest rates) and a limited supply increase (due to retailers liquidation, limited openings by shopping centres groups and leading retailers).
