My back of the envelope calculations are that at "open" flow rate (900-1000 mcf/per well/per 24 hour day - see ASX announcement of 16 June 2006) they could make approx USD 18 million/annum on the first 10 wells at 8 USD/mcf. The USD 1.8 million/annum calculations quoted earlier today for the first 10 wells appears to be based on the "choked" flow rates of approx 100 mcf/well/per day, at 8 USD/mcf. Question is: will they be able to run them at or near the "open" flowrate once they have completed the run in period of a couple of months. Anyone got further ideas on what the maximum post run-in production flow rate might be in comparison to the "open" flow rate?
