I think it has been the case for a while that new orders can't be placed after 4pm. I have noticed recently that the market maker has not had orders in for some warrants during this time even when there has been a buy or sell order. (A couple of weeks ago I couldn't sell after 4, happily it went up 20% the next morning).

Best to trade warrants before 4 in my opinion especially if you want to sell.
