If my memory serves correctly even a good indication of the potential 'standstill' fee has already been posted on this forum by kiwidub about 6 months ago, and by my calculation it's been about 6 years since initial negotiations commenced with P&G for securing Access Rights to all three of OBJ's core technology platforms. Does the mystery behind those negotiations lead us to the 27/04/2017? Who knows but in my view the mystery behind, "The description of this technology platform and its application to the partner’s intended product range is extremely confidential at this stage" may be easily solved by seeking out the four letter word I've omitted from that sentence.

Don't you find it just a little strange that while many of us will complain about the lack of disclosure permitted by P&G, that Reckitt Benckiser, Pfizer, and Unilever haven't exactly been more generous in granting permission to disclose information relating to the multiple number of programs each one of those parties have been undertaking with OBJ?

In my opinion, the Olay Eye Wand also appears to be a seasonal marketing product.

In my opinion, even allowing for the fact that the Eye Wand seems to have been pushed as sort of a seasonal promotion they appear to be selling less than the original 'soft launch' ?

Did you also expect more revenue when you posted the following in November & December 2016 ?

If you do the math it becomes pretty clear that in the opinion of the directors based on the best available information at reporting date the receipt of licensing fees in excess of $20m by November 2017 is already a no-brainer.

As you say, smac, we are 70% through the time period but only about 5% towards the 20 million goal, and based on public notices and financial reporting by the Company to date achieving milestone 3 by November 2017 would by any stretch of the imagination be an almost impossible task from where we're sitting today. And, as a fellow investor, if I were relying solely on the Company without the support of a major partner to get this one over the line then I would certainly be sharing a certain level of angst. However, I have never doubted for a moment that P&G will enable OBJ to reach this milestone, not because they simply have means to do so, but because it forms a very important and integral part of P&G's Connect+Develop Partnership Strategy.
