    the brokers and insti's are now involved, that is what is driving this now.

    They know that this is going to be commercial and they have much more patience than the average PI.

    It is all about the Zn, nothing else.

    For those willing to hold for a few years from here the sky is the limit, that is if MLS don;t get taken out before then!
