    Funny how for months no one is greatly interested in Impress . Then increase the volume a little and charts start to indicate a Technical Buy. In the last few minutes I have seen more trades {about 1.5 million} go through at 6.2 cents than is normally traded over a day or two.
    Throw a bucket of Chum { announcement } over the side and watc the feeding frenzy fire up.
    When the wind blows..volume...and the waves break..News...
