    Happy Australia Day!

I haven't any delectable baked goods to offer, but I can list a couple of trees/bushes endemic to where I live and have already planted, and will plant again:

Richmond Birdwing Vine (for listed endangered Birdwing butterflies butterflies to lay their eggs on

Glossy laurels for their ability to grow in almost complete shade, their very glossy leaves and their shiny fruit

Lomandra, for their ability to survive come what may, droughts and flooding rains. Helps with erosion along our creeks and waterways and most importantly, planted closely around my pond at the front of our house, provide an impenetrable boundary the cane toads can't get through.

Midyimberri. A delicate tree about as tall me. Dainty foliage and stunning berries you can eat either fresh or steeped in gin. Haven't tried the this though

Finally, but most importantly, a pina colada, used in my cocktail of choice, Qld pineapples (grown a couple of kms away), flesh and juice combined with Maleny milk and cream (reduced fat, or whatever is in fridge) and a slosh of malibu. I waited until 1.30pm to have one, which is early, but it is Australia Day!
