This is all hurting my brain. But yes I did read that article and have kept it. My daughter has also been diagnosed
with ADHD and said she feels like a new woman, since taking Ritalin. I guess she needs all the help she can get, while everyday is so hard with her kids.
She has been pushing me to get a diagnosis too as I show all the signs.
I have an initial appointment with a psychiatrist in April, but I am very reluctant to go.
Just my experience since taking thiamine has been so great, I prefer to avoid BP drugs.
Just thinking about 40 hellish years of panic attacks, have almost gone, by taking a vitamin.
Have you tried thiamine?
You have given me so much great info, it will take a while to go through it all.
But my next order from IHerb will include some new things to try.
