    @Margaret63 - yes, collagen is in some beauty products, but originally it is derived from gelatine (as in McKenzie's Gelatine, or the popular jellies for Children) - I am not sure if external application also works? But the skin absorbs substance, so I guess, it would absorb those special cremes' too.

    Gelatine (eaten as soup, or as Jelly- or in some seafoods, like Salmon) creates a substance in the body called Glycine, which is an absolutely essential amino acid, for bone, joint and eye health, even with mental problems, like brain fog, and more seriously: schizophrenia, it is supposed to help.
    If you are eating Salmon regularly, you probably have enough in your system, anyway! smile.png
    I shall make Salmon my 'eating out' dinner.
