There are all these theories going around now about cancer.
Apparently 50% of people in the UK will get it, some very young, it is tragic.

To just give a thought, dear Kate Middleton is a slim as a blade of grass.
I doubt she even touches any carbs.

There are so many possible reasons for getting cancer.
Red meat from beef which are fed pellets, which contain?
Pork is reared in disgusting unnatural conditions and fed rubbish.
Everybody says eat chicken, blimey this is one of the most intoxicated meats.

Grass fed lamb is the most natural, but how do you know it is grass fed?

Vegetables are full of pesticides.
Farmed salmon is really bad, try to get wild caught.
Shoot a bloody rabbit, if you have a gun.

Lady Penny, did you get your Dads apricot kernels? We have a teaspoon every morning and we have not been poisoned yet.

Keep away from sugar, fake sweeteners, too much salt. Junk food in general.
What the hell am I going on about, I still feel really angry how world is being destroyed.

I think cancer comes from a lot more. Stress, environmental factors, emotional belief systems, etc. A year before my husband was diagnosed I had a dream of him being in a rage over something. I talked to him about it but it worried me as it was a deep core issue. Everyone has core beliefs which they hold about things. I also had a similiar dream about an in law a year before she was diagnosed with cancer. When I told her the dream she remembered the lunch she'd had and who with and remembered being really angry about it. She's okay now and did see a therapist over the issue as well has having treatment. I believe anger, rage and self pity can be real pitfalls in health and maintaining health. I've had a yoga teacher pick up something in me when I said I couldn't see my health improving. I didn't realise the belief I held. She was good.

My father passed away over 10 years ago. So no idea about apricot kernels. I did have a dream last year and it's in the paws thread. I went back to re-read it. It was about strawberries. Hubby had grown a lot of strawberries and was standing surrounded by them. We have been growing some but not enough. He is looking so good. I'm watching his emotions and fears. He was a bit down last night and I left him to just watch TV. This morning he's bouncing around full of energy and whistling away.

When I was seeing an oncologist years ago we had a long conversation about the psych of cancer. I don't think a lot of people realise that doctors and specialists do study more than medicine. Two of my doctors were in the class I was for learning hypnosis and when a visiting teacher came for a lecture. One of them was sitting behind me and we practised on each other.

The sun is shining here after heavy rain. Our dam is up and roos were around the dam. Cows are walking around happy. Birds are flying past. I'm off for some shopping.
