Well the injection was for my back, but strangely enough I did have weird side effects, like short term memory loss and my knee was a little sore, but after the injection it got really painful.
Basically, I must move around, so every afternoon and early evening, after a little lubrication, nod nod, wink wink, I have been walking up and down around the house, to start with I could just manage about 100 steps, but the last 3 days I have done up to 1000, but I have to sit down for a few minutes after 200 or so. Then I am in pain again in the morning, but I have already lost 1.5kgs. That is the key, I simply must lose weight to reduce the pain. So Will keep going with this.
I bet your farm looks beautiful now, it is wonderful watching life return and all the happy birds. We had a river running right through the middle of the farm, jam packed with everything from black swans, to egrets and heaps of baby ducks which sadly vanished from predators. Also wedge tail eagles. Happy days.
