I have just been reading about Lupus, there appear to be many things that cause this, did you ever discover what triggered yours?
You seem to be pretty mobile, so it sounds as if you have worked out a good balance between exercise and rest. But it is no fun to be in pain all the time.
For me, the most painful thing is just standing, eg washing up etc in the kitchen. After just a couple of minutes, my back pain is excruciating, but I think perhaps this is pain in the muscles surrounding my spine.
Walking is not so bad. So yes just need to keep the body moving in short spurts, to build the muscles up and lose lots of weight.
Damn that spider I would have freaked out lol.

My husband found a bundle of branding irons in the garage which he brought over from England, so my project is to photograph them and stick them on eBay. Heavens above, we have so much stuff, both of my girls are also selling things, they are having fun.
That awful landslide is what finished it for my husband.
