@NoBoDe - Aaah 'Slim Dusty' remembering good times!
I have just been reading conversations of fellow posters @Joannie and @rockstar about the importance of Vitamin B12,
and remembered your dietary vagaries - and the fact that:

I use chicken livers in all sorts of creative ways is worthwhile repeating on here: -

like yesterday I made a few (3 in all) chicken livers like Schnitzel, rinsed them, dipped them in flour, then into whisked-up egg, then breadcrumbs and fry them, salt and pepper, a lemon slice - plus have a bit of a side salad - and it is a delicious dose of Vitamin B12, which btw. I think you might be lacking - (the remaining egg-mix is also fried at the finish and eaten).
and when I make a meat stock, I always put 2 chicken livers in to boil along - throw them out at the end, but it is healthy and gives the soup the 'umami' taste (plus lots of Vit B12).

If you have a bunged-up liver forget the following, but if not:
"the human liver actually stores surplus Vit B12,
It's also in eggs and many other foods - some seafoods and also beef (hamburgers)

The good news is, our liver has an amazing capacity to regenerate!
