I think there is something to be said in favour of penny-stocks, I am just mystified, why it is still a penny-stock.

BCN, you had me intrigued. The reason it is still so low, you will discover if you read the BCN thread.
No big fundies are allowed to invest in tiddlers.

It still has 10 years life of mine left, the management seem sound, but investors are frustrated at lack of increase in share price. Apparently if they pull something off in Brazil this could be good?
