I saw a programme on waste, and they were stating the amount of Ikea furniture dumped, some still in its flat pack was horrendous. Some of the stuff imported from Indonesia no better. We live in a throw away society. The sales are on, I purchased a jumper, reduced from 89.95 to 30.00. Makes you wonder the amount of profit on the original price and am under no illusion that they are still making a profit at 30.00. Just at what price is the manufacturer being paid ??? I never buy anything unless it's on so called sale.
