"If you won a lot of money and you had to pick 5 or 6 companies which paid dividends with 100% fully franked, who would you choose and why."
If you won a LOT of money, why would you chose any companies ?
One opportunity that you might consider, a lot of money or not, is NDIS linked.
You become a part lender to a company that builds NDIS properties.
It's a 3 yr period and before it's end, their plan is to have it tenanted and producing income and they on sell it to a super company etc as a going concern.
You get 10% PA paid monthly and at the 3 yr end, another 15% bonus on the amount you invested.
$100,000 would produce $45,000 over that 3 yr term.
You also become part owner of the mortgage (if that's the right term), so if it goes belly up, you at least get something back from the sale of land, and from whatever value of the building, or value of the stage it's at.
We are currently in 3 separate ones (spreading the risk) and one of those expire in Jan 2025, hence we are about to enter another one.
It's a DYOR.
