@Joannie this is for you - I googled this for myself this morning; as I simply cannot believe how well and positive I am feeling - and I am almost certain the Mirena implant is doing its job - (giving me minute amounts of progesterone) - and in someone younger, the correct diet (and exercise) can do that as well.
