It's probably not so much the rain amount, but the catchment area that it's gathered from.
The house roof catchment area, would be at least 500 sq mts, but it's part two story, so that makes the total house 700 mts, triple garage, balcony etc, etc. The machinery shed is around 160 sq mts. The tank at the house fills first, so I open a valve which then allows the house to also flow into the tank at the shed.
Pretty much from here on, sadly lol, water will be flowing out on the ground.
It probably won't be long before the Gov charge us for water coming from the sky
