Likewise, hence I have the Welsh surname. My grand Father come over from NSW and married one of the Clifton girls from Alverstoke (south of us). They at first settled in Narrogin on their farm, but during the depression etc, his auction business etc, etc wasn't doing very well, so they temporarily moved in at their relies farm, Lowlands and worked for them. Then latter he purchased in the area I'm in and set up a dairy farm and carried the name over from the family farm and named it - Nant Gwylan.
