@Joannie - I took another look - it is fairly apparent that they seek information from qualified professionals only - even though their list of possible contributors to pick from looks as thought the general public are welcome to comment (and I put myself in as both a private citizen as well as under my company name 'MyFables' [for my books - have a third one in mind]) - I think they are interested in professionals only, hence my responses - and I did respond in all the spaces provided - it bombed out at the end.
I guess, short of calling the Department, or maybe talking with your doctor: you want get the program to conclude, until your are a verified health professional, who they know of.
